Delicious nitro beers are back on tap!

If you like your beers creamy and smooth, you'll be happier to hear that we're switching our Nitro tap back on in the next week or so.   Most nitro beers are geared toward fall and winter drinking, so we switch our nitro tap to conventional CO2 during the summer.  Well, with the coming of winter, we're moving back to nitrogen, so you can enjoy fantastic winter beers the way they were made to be enjoyed.

Our first Nitro beer of the fall is Seattle's own Hales Cream HSB.  Reminiscent of an English Special Bitter, but with the fresh bite of Pacific Northwest hops, HSB is a Shultzy's favorite.  Watching the nitro carbonation and its cascading bubbles effect just builds up the anticipation for that first drink.

While we're on the subject of fall beers, we're also featuring Left Hand Brewing's Milk Stout.  2006 and 2008 World Beer Cup Gold Medal winner in the Sweet stout category. Strong roasted malt and coffee flavors make this a creamy treat on a cold winter's day.  We've been a fan of Left Hand's Sawtooth Ale for some time, but this is new to Shultzy's.  We're also looking forward to Left Hand's Warrior IPA and Snowbound Ale in coming weeks.
