Beer School 104: Wit, Wheat, and Weisse Beers

Beer students,

Summer vacation is over, and it's time to get your thinking (and drinking) caps on again. Shultzy's Beer School will be back in session on Wednesday, September 15th from 6pm-8pm. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate and allow us to enjoy these beers on a warm late summer evening (though I wouldn't bet on it).

Beer School 104: "Wit, Wheat, and Weisse Beers"
Date: Wednesday, September 15th from 6pm-8pm
Instructor: Dr. Mike Baker (PhD in Fermentation Appreciation)
Class Size: 25 (to allow for more/easier teacher-student interaction)
Description: After a very quick review of some beer basics, we'll cover the world of wheat beers from Germany and Belgian to Pacific Northwest Hefeweizens.
Tuition: $20 (sorry, no financial aid available)
