... like forgetting to tell you we were closing for four days to refinish our floors, deep-clean everything, and do all the repairs necessary to keep Shultzy's running smoothly.
We are genuinely sorry to our loyal customers who were inconvenienced by our closing -- we put the closing on our in-store weekly calendar, but forgot to announce it online or even to put a sign on the door. It wasn't until we had hungry and thirsty customers showing up at the door that the mistake dawned on us -- we're so sorry to have disappointed them.
I'll be adding a holiday section to this website listing closing dates, so hopefully this kind of embarrassing situation doesn't happen in the future.
