This months garlicky, unsmoked kielbasa, comes straight from the menu of the original restaurant.
SO, continuing the unpredictable nature of the original restaurant, have a limited edition kielbasa today.
The Kielbasa; pork, spices, and water (no preservatives, fillers, or additives) becomes a Kielbasa sausage. We serve our kielbasa with sautéed onions and peppers, on a toasted Amoroso roll.
The Sausage of the Month is SUPER limited -- we only make one small batch each month, and when it's gone, it's gone. So, we'll try to keep you updated on the blog, Twitter, and Facebook when a new selection becomes available.
